Procedure in case of damage:
If manufacturing or material defects occur in your product, we will ensure that your device is exchanged or repaired quickly and free of charge. If a repair or exchange is not possible for economic or other reasons, the customer will be refunded the purchase price. The decision on the existence of economic or other reasons that make a repair or exchange impossible shall be solely at getgoods' discretion. With the reimbursement of the purchase price, getgoods has fulfilled its contractual obligation under the follow-up guarantee.
In the event of damage, simply call us and send the product free of charge to our customer service together with the invoice on which the warranty-extension 24 is noted:

There are no additional costs for you, just leave everything else to us. Please ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit by using appropriate packaging. You can find further information on returns here.
Excluded from the guarantee are damages to the goods caused by:
- abusive or improper handling
- environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
- Failure to observe any safety precautions
- Non-compliance with the operating instructions
- Use of force (e.g. strike, impact, fall)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear, especially for typical wear parts such as illuminants, batteries, etc.
Other provisions:
- Warrantor is get your goods GmbH, Nordring 98a, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany.
- It starts on the day of invoicing, ends after 4 years and does not start again after an exchange or repair.
- The warranty-extension 24 is only valid for the buyer within the country stated in the invoice address and is not transferable.
- The invoice on which the warranty-extension 24 is noted is valid as proof of the guarantee, please keep this document carefully.
- As a consumer, you have statutory rights in respect of defects, the exercise of which is free of charge. These rights are not restricted by the guarantee.
