We are a mail order company and do not have any branches. For this reason it is unfortunately not possible to collect the goods ourselves.

Shipping costs
The shipping fee is max 9,95 €, you will find the shipping costs of each item at of the corresponding product detail page.
Shipping cost flat rate
Save the shipping costs with our Europa-Flat for a whole year with every single order for only 19,99 €*.
With the shipping flatrate you get
- 12 months
- every delivery (from an order value of 20 €)
- up to 5 different addresses within the countries supplied by us
- free shipping. Please note that products with a bulky goods surcharge will also be charged at a valid flat rate.
Alternative delivery address
You can also have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address. You will not incur any additional costs as a result. You can enter the delivery address during the ordering process.
Delivery time
The delivery takes place within the delivery period indicated for the respective product. If several articles are ordered, the longest of the specified periods shall apply. It begins with payment in advance or immediately on the day after placing the payment order with the transferring bank or with payment by credit card, Pay Pal or Klarna invoice on the day after placing your order and ends after expiry.
If the first or last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognised by the State at the place of dispatch or delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day. The state-approved general holidays in Bavaria shall apply to the place of dispatch.
