Description
TCT is a thermally conductive and two-sided adhesive film and offers an excellent effective thermal link between electronic components and heat sink. This material has an extraordinary stick properties - thus, the requirement of mechanical fastening. It consists of a carrier material, which is coated on both sides with a glue. The carrier material is a thermally conductive acrylic foil with a thickness of 250 μm. The film granted thermal conductivity while electrical insulation. TCT-adhesive film is on both sides with a protective coating prior to use. For the fixing of heatsinks on components and parts without parentheses, screws or other mechanical fastening. It ensures a permanent use in reliable compliance with the thermal and technical characteristics. The adhesive film can be easily removed again and thus significantly reduces the cost of labor in the production and repair times in service. In contrast to fixed adhesives, there is the adhesive film of an elastic, compliant acrylic.
