This one-component adhesive/sealant RTV 162 is due to the neutral cross linker especially in applications where corrosion on copper or other sensitive metals is undesirable, and other insulation technology is not practicable. By simple application and quick hardening and adhesion properties, this silicone rubber adhesive/sealant is ideal for numerous applications, such as sealing, bonding, and for insulation, in antenna construction, automotive sector, in order to secure components against shocks and protect circuit boards against corrosion and moisture.
