The Netter Vibration NTS 180 NF compressed air piston vibrator produces linear vibrations or shaking movements. It is used to empty bunkers, as a drive for conveyor and extraction channels and for consolidating bulk materials. Processes can also be mechanically activated and influenced. One special feature of the NTS vibrator is the integrated waste air restrictor which can be used to control amplitude regardless of frequency. Suitable for the foodstuffs industry. Design and operation: The vibration is generated by a freely swinging, even reversing flask. The piston operates against an air cushion and produces sinusoidal vibration.
