PCTV DVB-S2 Stick (461e) is a handy high-end USB stick for receiving high-definition digital satellite TV. It enables the reception of HDTV and standard TV via DVB-S2 and DVB-S. As a special highlight you can stream the TV program in great quality from your PC to your iPhone or iPad. In addition, all Android devices with Adobe Flash-capable web browser (from Android OS 2.2) are supported. Streaming takes place either in your W-LAN or via the Internet via UMTS and "Hotspot".
This allows you to follow your home TV program live or to program TV recordings and play back recordings while you are on the move with your mobile device. No shipment is missed and you can watch it where and when it suits you. Alternatively to Smartphone and Tablet PC you can also stream to a PC or MAC. With your Blackberry® or other smartphones, you can also program satellite TV recordings at home using a web browser.
The included all-new TVCenter 6 software for Windows makes watching TV, time shifting (live pause) and recording live TV easy. With its modern user interface, TVCenter 6 integrates seamlessly with Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.
It enables full-screen or freely scalable television while working with other programs.
The PCTV DVB-S2 Stick comes with a remote control, a USB extension cable and an external power supply. When using an active multi-switch it is usually not necessary to connect the power supply: the PCTV DVB-S2 stick is then powered exclusively via USB.
