Characteristics

The standard water sensor SHT 5006 with 2 nickel-plated brass contacts and 6 meter cable is sprayed with a soft, water-repellent plastic and provided with a gap between the contacts, so that any biofilms that form do not trigger false alarms. The SHT 5006 sensor is suitable for connection to all Schabus water sensors only for regularly dry environments, Ideal to identify penetrating humidity on floors and surfaces, however, it is not suitable for the detection of water levels in wells, tanks and other containers with regularly moist conditions.
