Description
Compact, easy to operate control system. Independent dual-axis, high-speed counter and interrupt input available. Equipped with LCD, HMI functions such as messages, monitoring and parameters can be easily changed. Status monitoring and maintenance are possible to improve productivity. 10-A output relay for direct connection of small motors and solenoid valves. No additional circuit required to connect a relay. That means less wiring. Supports positioning control with four single-phase (100 kHz) or one single-phase (100 kHz)/two-phase (50 kHz) high-speed counter input. Ideal for easy positioning or motor control with a rotary encoder. Equipped with 6 interrupt, pulse and frequency inputs. Independent dual axis control is provided by two pulse outputs. Location values can easily be defined
for accurate positioning control (trapezoidal). Data can be stored or transferred using an SD memory card. The stored data can be read via Ethernet. Up to 64 data registers can be stored simultaneously. Up to 4 data per second can be stored (depending on program processing speed). User programs can be easily read or written, reducing the amount of work required. If a memory module is installed in the SmartAXIS, the user program stored in the module is executed.Characteristics
