In combination with the infrared extension, the IR Eye extends the signal of the remote control. You can use the infrared extension to operate your A/V equipment while it is in a locked cabinet, out of sight or in another room. The IR Eye is a universal IR LED (emitter/transmitter) for infrared extensions and infrared transmitters from Marmitek®, Xantech®, many others and for Microsoft® Media center.
