Keithley's 5-1/2-digit 6485 picoammeter combines expertise in sensitive current measurement with improved speed and robustness. The cost-effective device offers eight current measuring ranges with fast automatic range adjustment and can be used for measuring currents of 20 fA to 20 mA, with measuring speeds of up to 1000 measured values/second being achieved.
