The SM330L solar cell delivers 0.5 V and a generous 330 mA (max). Of course we only supply crystalline solar cell material with high efficiency, which is cast on a stable base plate. A breaking of the cells is therefore impossible. The SM330L solar cell has 2 solder pads to which the solar motor is soldered directly. An illustrated soldering instruction is included in the set and makes soldering very easy. With the proven RF300 solar motor, your model can be set in motion with ease. Solar motor and solar cell thus form an optimal combination that provides the best functionality. The propeller with 9.5 cm completes the set perfectly.

Required lighting conditions: One thing should be anticipated, in dark or poorly lit rooms or with light sources such as neon tubes and energy-saving lamps, every solar cell generates very little electricity, the motor cannot turn off because the power supplied is too low. As soon as sunlight or halogen light irradiates the solar cell, however, the solar cell generates sufficient current for continuous movement. A model can also be operated with a powerful flashlight, but the flashlight must then be very close to the solar cell! So it's better to have it ready in the sun or a halogen lamp and there are amazed glances and lasting insights.
