The SKALAR8 V2 is the consistent further development of our SKALAR8.
This engine has been improved in all areas and is the result of close cooperation between the Hacker R&D department and the Hacker Factory Team.
The SKALAR8 V2 looks at first glance very similar to its predecessor, but differs fundamentally.
Just like the successful V1 variant of the SKALAR8, the SKALAR8 V2 can also be mounted in the vehicle with the help of M3 and M4 engine screws. The ribbed motor housing made of T6 aluminium has been shortened by 4.85mm and thus offers more space in vehicles whose motor is installed directly behind the servosafer. Overall
By optimizing the tolerances in all areas, we were able to increase the performance of the entire engine concept. Lower power consumption, reduced internal resistance and improved efficiency are responsible for the fact that the changes are primarily noticeable in the form of even more torque and higher speeds in the vehicle.Characteristics
