The newly released cult car radio "Frankfurt RCM 82 DAB" with many new features!

Over the years, some models have become true cult objects. The legendary Blaupunkt "Frankfurt RCM 82" from 1992. Now we present the reinterpretation of the popular 1-DIN car radio and combine the unique features of the 90s model with new technologies and functions. The result is the Blaupunkt "Frankfurt RCM 82 DAB".

Its operating concept, the simple design and the crystal-clear reception contributed significantly to the popularity of the original Frankfurt RCM 82. This is how we took over the styling of the original model when it was rereleased, but at the same time we gave the radio a modern Variocolor lighting for buttons and displays. The first-class reception remains a strength of the new young timer car radio thanks to the Blaupunkt CodeM IV FM RDS and DAB+ tuners. The numerous serial interfaces, including two USB ports, an Aux port and a microSD slot are new. Even audio streaming via Bluetooth is not a future music for the legend that has returned. In addition, the radio carries the "Made for iPhone/iPod" label and ensures appropriate compatibility. The audio sources can be selected all directly with the buttons, many other settings can also be made directly by pressing a button. Further functions are housed in a clearly structured menu, which is presented in German or English. All settings are permanently stored even when the battery is disconnected. This means that the entertainer arrived in 2022.

The new "Frankfurt RCM 82 DAB" has a short installation depth - perfect for young timers with shortened installation slots. However, the car radio itself does not take the user along on a time trip. The packaging of the device was also designed inexpensively and imitated the original.
