For most vole-traps, you have to dig a hole to expose the vole tunnel. This is not very easy and requires a lot of skill or suitable tools. This is not necessary for our professional vole trap. In this case, you will cause the vole tunnel to collapse in one place. This is not difficult, as the tunnels are usually well visible, close to the lawn surface.
At the collapse point, the trap is then placed in the ground so that the scissors are in the tunnel. The trap is now armed by stepping on the clamp. The trigger is lowered into the tunnel. If the vole-mouse tries to free up the tunnel again, the trigger moves upwards and the trap snaps in powerfully. The position of the clamp indicates whether the trap has tripped without removing it from the floor.
