Description

The light intensity sensor unit from the M5Stack series is equipped with an adjustable photoresistor. A photoresistor is a light-controlled variable resistor. The resistance of a photo resistor decreases as the intensity of the incident light increases and vice versa. It has a photolitability that enables the acquisition of voltage-based fluctuations and the conversion of digital data with an AD.
The developers have also made a small extra effort to strengthen the cycle. A LM393 dual differential comparator compares the differential voltage between the photoresistor and the varistor. Thus, it can offer a larger and more precise range of light intensity.
