Description

The tone generator is used to apply a tone signal to a pair of wires or a single conductor and to track them with the inductive receiver (model R180001). The tone generator allows technicians to identify a wire in the middle of a bundle at a switch distributor or at the far end. It can be used for twisted pair, coax and live cables (150 V DC) and is equipped with a standard RJ45 connection.
