With the external USB-C®/A3.0 to Renkforce Dual HDMI Adapter, you can extend your PC/Mac to 2 HDMI connections via USB-A or USB-C®.
The device is equipped with a combined connector which provides USB-C® or USB-A.
Thus for example: In a MacBook Air with M2 chip two external monitors as well as also the own monitor of MacBook can be used separately.
You can adjust the resolution of the monitors as well as the position of these on their desktop on their computer.
The mouse can be moved beyond the edge of the screen to the next monitor, also to windows or applications.
This USB to HDMI "adapter" is basically a standalone external graphics card with an SM768 graphics processor and a low power consumption of only 2 watt.
External graphics processing puts very little strain on the computer and its own graphics card, as well as on the processor, which does not significantly reduce the productivity of the system.

The display SoC can be connected to a laptop/PC via an integrated USB 3.0 interface. Silicon Motion's content adaptive technology (CAT™) uses multiple image and video processing algorithms to compress display data and minimize bandwidth utilization. At the same time, CAT uses minimal host CPU utilization for low-latency, high-quality displays.
In addition, this display SoC has an integrated video processing unit (VPU) for acceleration of H.264 and MPEG4 decoding. The Embedded-Arm® Cortex®-R5 processor enables real-time operating system execution (RTOS) of time-critical and fast-reacting applications.
