Catch basic Freeform Electronic projects with this all-inclusive starter set!
Freeform Electronics is an artistic way of soldering electronic circuits. Instead of using a PCB or breadboard as a base, we'll show you how to use copper wire to connect all components together. (If you don't know what was an electronic circuit or PCB, don't worry! We explain everything in the following chapters.)
This set contains all the tools and components you need to complete at least 6 different FreeForm projects. Each project consists of some easy-to-solder electronics, but you can make it as simple or as difficult as you want. In this way, every project is equally suitable for beginners and experienced manufacturers!
The tools provided are a soldering iron, daerless solder and wet pliers with side cutters. Of course, a quality coated copper wire is also included, and everything is stored neatly in a practical storage box! We have chosen a particular type of copper wire for some practical reasons. For the beginning, it is coated so that you cannot create a link. However, the coating can be easily removed by heating the copper wire for one second by using the soldering iron. It is therefore not necessary to scratch or lower the copper wire before soldering. This makes soldering your components very easy on the wire. And finally, you can bend the wire very easily to create cool objects.
The projects we have developed are an RGB LED globe, an electronic candle, an RGB LED alien, an electronic heart, One LED butterfly and one LED bug. All projects are fun and manageable, in order to meet the online manual with tips and tricks thanks to the online hand. We even took a few templates to help you recover the correct shape with the copper wire. If you have access to a 3D printer, you can also print a few items on a 3D print to help you do more.
As mentioned earlier, you can decide that you will make yourself easy and follow our designs for the projects. Or if you are an experienced manufacturer, you can change the design, but you like it!
