OSRAM LEDguardian® TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 is a LED warning light, which is compulsory in the vehicle and for use in the event of a left-behind vehicle in Germany. This applies to all vehicles with a total weight of ≥ 3.5t in accordance with §53a StVZO. In addition, OSRAM'S FLARE TRUCK also meets the requirements specified in the technical requirements of the StVZO (TA 19). These indicate that the warning light must meet the following characteristics: An orange flashing light, a continuous operating time of at least 15h, a flashing frequency of 1.5 Hz ±0.5 Hz ≙90 ±pulses per minute and a back pressure of 21 kg/m² ≙wind strength 9. Only the lamps that meet these requirements are officially approved for road traffic. OSRAM'S FLARE TRUCK significantly exceeds these requirements, for example with a continuous runtime of up to 50 hours. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the warning light must be placed next to the hazard warning triangle and switched on. For vehicles ≤ 3.5t, use is not mandatory, but is of course possible and recommended for the safety of all road users. The flashing orange warning light function of the OSRAM LEDguardian® TRUCK FLARE signal TA19 is visible from a long distance and can provide decisive information on a dangerous situation in road traffic in case of an emergency. In addition to the warning triangle, it also makes other road users aware of a possible danger situation in road traffic by means of active flashing, compared to simple reflection such as that of a warning triangle. With 6 long-lasting, bright, high-performance LEDs, you can draw attention to yourself during day and night and, as a precaution, warn other road users of a hazardous situation, such as a breakdown vehicle in road traffic. In addition, THE TRUCK FLARE can also be used as a torch, here too 6 bright, long-life high-performance LEDs are used and enable additional applications such as work light or inspection light. The compact design allows you to store the warning light within reach in the vehicle and, if necessary, can be set up quickly and easily next to the warning triangle by the foldable, robust and non-slip feet. Another advantage is that the OSRAM LEDguardian® TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 is immediately ready for use due to the batteries included in the delivery. The LEDguardian® TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 has been tested and validated in our DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences in terms of water, dust, heat, cold and impacts through falls. With the IP54 protection class, OSRAM LEDguardian® TRUCK FLARE Signal TA19 is resistant to the ingress of water and dust and with the IK06 protection class also insensitive to impacts and impacts.
