Description

The NetPeppers shrink splice protection guarantees a secure protection against external influences such as moisture or mechanical stress. The integrated steel pin provides even better protection against bending than the crimp splice protector. The orange color helps to insert the fiber into the sleeve opening without shielding the light from a red light source (VFL) during troubleshooting. The sleeves fulfill the requirements of the standard EN 50411-3-3. Suitable for use with any conventional fusion splicing furnace, up to a fiber diameter of 900 µm (secondary coating).
