Description

Temperature monitor for outdoor use and industrial environment with protocol function:The Mobeye ThermoGuard Twinlog CML4275 is a special device for temperature, remote monitoring, logging, remote control and alarm signaling. Due to the solid IP66 housing, the product is specialSuitable for use in industry or outdoors. The digital temperature sensor permanently monitors the user-adjustable temperature limits (-35 to +70 °C). As soon as these limit values are exceeded or fallen below, the communication module alerts the preset alarm receivers via push message, SMS, call or e-mail – the built-in siren can also warn on site as an option. With a selectable measurement interval, the CML4275 can continuously record the measured temperatures and then automatically synchronize this data with the Mobeye Internet Portal. The sent data is logged there and displayed graphically. The Mobeye ThermoGuard Twinlog CML4275 can be operated with batteries, for longer than one year under normal use. Normal use means that once a day the stored log values are transferred to the portal. An external power source (12V DC or mains voltage) should be indispensable for all users who need to transmit the logged values to the portal every hour. If an external power source fails, the device sends an additional "power failure" message. The module also has an open collector output and two NO/NC inputs. This allows the module to monitor even more, such as the operation of systems or the opening of boxes, by connecting external sensors.The CML4275 is especially suitable for professional temperature monitoring, especially because the device enables external logging and alarm signaling. This reduces the risk of damage to industrial plants, greenhouses, refrigerators and heating rooms, refrigerators, medical cabinets, Server rooms, heaters and in agriculture.A Mobeye (M2M) SIM card is included for communication. This low-cost "multi-provider" SIM card provides the connection to the 4G LTE-M network (with 2G as fallback). The 4G LTE-M network is very reliable; has good accessibility in buildings and remote locations and is energy efficient. The SIM card also enables access to the Mobeye Internet Portal and the Push App for optimum user comfort, security and online programming. The Mobeye CML4275 SIM card that can be activated online costs 8.00 Euro per month (plus VAT, flat rate).Optionally, you can use your own (micro) SIM card. The device then works (only) with 2G, without protocol function and portal/app. The alarm messages are sent via SMS and telephone call (max.) 5 phone numbers sent. Programming is done via (simple) SMS commands.

The device may only be operated with the batteries specified by the manufacturer. The device must be protected against strong vibrations and shocks.
