Description

The rechargeable car alarm system TX-168, is a multi-functional anti-theft gadget for DC12 or 24V cigarette lighter. The detection range is a 120° cone angle and the very loud alarm signal from 105dB repels thieves. It has a button for panic alarm and also an additional external 105dB siren for the engine compartment for even more attention. The TX-168 has two connections for charging external devices, a USB with a total of 5 V/2.4A and a USB-C with a total output power of 5 V/3.0A. In approx. 2 hours, you can charge the built-in 500mAh lithium polymer battery of the device in the cigarette lighter socket of a car/truck/camper van/boat or in the office/home via a micro USB cable (not included in the delivery). The input voltage of the car alarm system/siren is DC12 or 24V, the operating current of the siren is 100mA. The automatic alarm triggers upon motion detection by the PIR sensor up to 3M distance. The auto alarm time is max. 2 minutes, the alarm time of the siren is max. 30 seconds. With the fully charged, built-in 500mAh battery, the device has an operating time of approx. 7 days and a standby time of approx. 10 days, even when the motor is switched off. The remote control has an operating radius of approx. 10m and is included in the delivery together with a CR2032 battery. Some other interesting technical data are: 1.5m siren cable length, transmission frequency: 2.4GHz/type ASK, maximum transmitted power: 15.85mW, material: ABS, operating temperature: -10°C to +50°C. The TX-168 auto alarm is quick and easy to install, and you don't need to be an engineer to set up and operate this anti-theft gadget. It can also be used as a stand-alone device, and up to 3 remote controls can be connected to the device.
