The Volvo F12 was produced at the end of the 1970er and the beginning of the 1980er by the famous Scandinavian manufacturer. Equipped with innovative technical and design features for the time being, it achieved an excellent commercial success throughout the European mainland. The market launch of the new truck series was accompanied by a revised engine range. In fact, the number F12 in the vehicle name indicates the engine capacity in liters of the 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engines used in the new Volvo range, several versions of which have been released to meet different potential customer needs. The vehicle could be configured with different engine solutions as required and also with the selection of different cab configurations. One of the most popular and widely used versions known for their versatility was the low-roof model.
