The vibration acceleration sensor is the ideal companion for checking vibrating parts, machines and plants. The external vibration sensor in the acceleration sensor can be used to determine the vibration path up to 3.9 mm, the vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s and the vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s². The acceleration transducer RMS, peak, peak-peak and crest factor are available as measurement parameters. Another function of the acceleration sensor is the automatic evaluation according to ISO 10816-3. This means that the acceleration sensor can determine the current vibration status of a machine by means of a good-bad evaluation. This means that the acceleration sensor is used, for example, for repair and maintenance work on machines. The built-in LiPo battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh is a battery life of up to 20 hours possible. The LiPo battery can be recharged via the micro-USB interface with the acceleration sensor. In order to process the measured values further, they can be stored directly on the acceleration sensor. An internal memory is available for this purpose. The measured values can be saved manually or automatically by the acceleration sensor. After a measurement, the recorded measured values can be read out via a PC. With the acceleration sensor software, the measured data can now be analyzed using the graphical display and table listing. The measured data can be exported as a CSV file for further processing. If a firmware update is available for the acceleration sensor, this can also be performed directly via the software.
