Description

The Mobeye panic alarm is a simple and effective alarm notification. By pressing a button on the large integrated button, fast help can be requested in an uncertain situation or in case of need of care. This panic alarm can be placed simply under a desk, a bed, on a bedside cabinet or near a machine. The set alarm receivers are notified by push message, voice call, SMS or e-mail. Either all contacts at the same time or via escalation plan. To increase the response time, we recommend connecting a power supply (available separately as an accessory) or 12-24V DC. Two other sensors or additional wired external buttons can be connected to the floating inputs.The panic alarm is a safe help for lone workers, vulnerable people in shops, receptions and cafés,Patients or government employees. A Mobeye (M2M) SIM card is included for communication. This low-cost "multi-provider" SIM card provides the connection to the 4G LTE-M network (with 2G as fallback). The 4G LTE-M network is very reliable; has good accessibility in buildings and remote locations and is energy efficient. The SIM card also allows access to the Mobeye Internet Portal and the Push App for optimum user comfort, security and online programming. The Mobeye CM4500 SIM card that can be activated online costs 4.00 euros per month (plus VAT, flat rate).Optionally, you can use your own (micro) SIM card. The device then works (only) with 2G and without Portal/App. The alarm messages are sent via SMS and telephone call (max.) 5 phone numbers sent. Programming is done via (simple) SMS commands.

The device may only be operated with the batteries specified by the manufacturer. The device must be protected against strong vibrations and shocks. The device must not be installed and operated in the vicinity of flammable gases, vapors or dust.The device may only be repaired by a Mobeye® expert.
