Highly accurate and versatileThe sensor element is suitable for temperature measurement in a working range from -40 °C to 135 °C. The factory-set multi-point temperature adjustment ensures excellent measuring accuracy of up to ± 0.2 °C. The excellent measurement performance and excellent reproducibility make the sensor element the optimum solution for demanding measuring tasks.Easy to integrate DFN packageThe small dual-flat-no-leads (DFN) housing has a base area of only 2.5 x 2.5 mm2 and can therefore be used in almost any application. The integrated pull-up resistors make the design-in even easier. For operation, the sensor element requires a supply voltage of 2.35 – 3.60 V.Data communication via I²C interface interfaceThe I²C interface ensures trouble-free data communication with the TEE501 and supports communication speeds of 100 / 400 / 1000 kHz.
