FDM 3D pressure cleaning needles for nozzle maintenanceWith the tip flexible needle, clogged residues can be easily and easily removed from the nozzle. The needle is made entirely of metal and has been specially selected to withstand the heat of the nozzle.Application of the 3D basics Cleaning NeedlesCaution: The nozzle is hot and the whole metal construction of the needle dissipates the heat well. Wearing gloves is recommended. To remove a constipation using the needle method, the size of the needle must be small enough to fit into the nozzle. With a standard diameter of 0.4 mm, the 0.3 mm needle works ideal.The nozzle heats up to the normal printing temperature for the last filament used. The aim is to loosen the blockage.Insert the needle into the nozzle from below and shake her back and forth.Remove the needle and insert the filament manually through the extruder from above. Press to remove the disconnected restriction through the nozzle.If the blockage has not been removed, repeat steps.
