Description
The COMfortel 1400 IP does not force you to make a system decision, because it is a real hybrid VoIP phone. It can be used both as a system telephone on an IP PBX from Auerswald and as a standard SIP telephone on a soft PBX or IP Centerx solution from different manufacturers and providers. No matter which solution you choose, the COMfortel 1400 IP fits in with it.
The COMfortel 1400 IP can be operated via buttons and control cross, but also like a smartphone via the touch function of the 3.5-inch display. It has ten programmable keys with built-in status LEDs, which can be used for system, destination dialing and SIP functions.
In the daily use the COMfortel 1400 IP convinces through excellent, broadband voice quality (HD Voice). It even offers noticeably improved speech intelligibility when the communication partner only has a conventional telephone with narrow-band speech coding – a real innovation* in this product range.
After optional feature activation via the Auerswald Upgrade Center, email, calendar and contact data can be easily synchronized from your Google™ account, from the TelekomCloud, Apple® iCloud or from a Microsoft® Exchange account via push service.
The integrated answering machine and the support for IP cameras can also be activated easily at a small tariff. The COMfortel 1400 IP offers a separate interface for connecting standard headsets. An LED integrated in the top of the display hood signals calls and messages in the voice mail box.
This versatile telephone even has the option of wall mounting: Simply remove the case feet, with which the inclination is adjusted when set up as a table device, and the COMfortel 1400 IP can be mounted vertically.Characteristics
