Description

the fischer 300 T assembly mortar is a vinyl-ester-based 2K injection system. Resin and hardener are only mixed and activated when they are pressed out of the static mixer. The assembly mortar can be processed particularly economically with a commercially available sealant gun. Broken cartridges can be reused with a new static mixer. With approved system components such as FIS A anchor rods, internal screw anchors and injection anchor sleeves for concrete and masonry fixings, the hybrid system offers many applications in indoor and outdoor areas.

Characteristics

The FIS VL is approved for use in cracked concrete and masonry, where it has a high load capacity. The injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin enables anchoring in concrete in the water-filled borehole and thus ensures rapid work progress. The temperature resistance of the FIS VL injection mortar from –40 °C to +120 °C allows a solid load level even at high temperature requirements, thus increasing the flexibility in processing. The FIS VL HIGH SPEED has a significantly shorter curing time than the FIS VL and thus enables fast processing even at low temperatures. The FIS VL is a vinyl-ester-based 2K injection mortar. Resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated in the static mixer when it is pressed out. The mortar is injected free of bubbles from her bottom of the hole.
