Description

The VOLTCRAFT SEM5000 is plugged between the socket and the device and quickly and accurately displays the energy consumption or electricity costs in the selected currency. How much energy is consumed in a certain period of time?The SEM 5000 is an Energy Logger.The logger uses the same technology for extremely precise energy cost measurement as all devices in the proven VOLTCRAFT SEM series.However, this device is specifically designed for use in businesses that do not allow connection to the IT infrastructure. That's why you search for a Bluetooth® or WLAN connection in vain on this device.Recorded performance data is transferred with the help of an SD card for further processing to a company PC and thus transferred completely independent of company networks or mobile devices.On the display itself effective power, mains voltage, current, power factor, mains frequency, Kilowatt hours, energy costs and COBra. Maximal values can also be shown directly on the display, e.g. to be short-term inrush peaks. To minimize reading errors an extremely high-contrast EBTN display is installed, which is optimized for the reading angle 90° front up to 170° from the top, since most of the sockets are located below eye level.For convenient programming at the desk and without connection to the mains supply, the display switches down the lighting to a minimum. Wear parts such as batteries or rechargeable batteries have been omitted. A maintenance-free Super Cap condenser provides up to 10 min of energy, in order to make and store times, electricity tariffs or the settings for COI emission.
