Description

Possible applicationsThe gas warning device with external sensor for cooling and refrigerant is plugged into a socket and the sensor is moved to an upper (lighter than air) or lower (heavier than air) position depending on the density of the coolant. The warning device is ready for use after 3 minutes of pre-heating time and warns early on in case of leakages at the cooling system with a loud alarm tone and red flashing LED.Most refrigerants and refrigerants are toxic, many combustible and others also have a high GWP (= global warming potential), which means that they are highly climate-damaging. A leak at the coolant line is usually quickly indicated, the cooling function is then no longer given, as thermometers help better than coolant warning devices.But the coolant that evaporates quickly in her properties should not be inhaled. R-22, R-32, R-404a, R-410A, R-1234yf and many other FCs can be detected with the GX-K1 and K2, R-32 is defined as target gas, with R-1234yf the sensor has its highest sensitivity.
