Description

FluoroX™ PVDF [polyvinylidene fluoride] is manufactured from Arkema Kynar®. PVDF is an excellent choice for applications requiring chemical resistance, high heat resistance and superior abrasion resistance. Kynar® is a registered trademark of Arkema.

Information

Extruder: Between 245 and 265°C, depending on the printer Some must reach up to 280°C.Heated bed 90 - 110 °C.Bed preparation: According to the manufacturer, Nano Polymer Adhesives provides the best results.Other: No or slow fan. Print at speeds of 40-60 mm/s as a good starting point.Drying instructions: PVDF does not absorb moisture and does not need to be dried!Safety note: This polymer begins to decompose and decompose at temperatures above 290 °C. Please keep your extruder temperature below this point to avoid degradation, output and loss of mechanical properties.
