The internal memory saves approx. 30 training units of the last 14 days. To access all the features, functions and unlimited cloud storage, connect the Unite to polar flow, our free app and our web service - the home of your sports and fitness data.
polar Precision Prime Sensor fusion
polar Ignite measures the pulse directly on your wrist using polar precision prime sensor fusion technology. This innovation combines the optical pulse measurement with a skin contact measurement to eliminate any motion artifacts in the measurement that could interfere with the pulse signal and lead to unreliable measurements. In this way, the pulse is measured precisely even under the most demanding conditions, in every training situation and during the most demanding training sessions.

Sleep Plus Stages™ sleep tracking measures sleep phases (REM, light and deep sleep) and provides a numerical sleep index and other detailed graphics that give you more details about the sleep of the last night.
