Description

The discreet sensor for the reliable detection of open doors and windows – triggers the alarm in an emergency and supports a sustainable heating while venting.
The smart Bosch door/window contact II reliably detects open doors and windows and always indicates the status on the APP. The extra thin magnetic unit is discreetly attached to or on the (even multiple glazed) window wing.
The sensor can be used for many functions: In the service "Sustainable ventilation", the heating elements in the room are automatically throttled when the windows are open, and WAS saves energy and costs. As part of the alarm system, it triggers the alarm on unauthorized opening of doors/windows and warns even during activation of the alarm system of possible security gaps caused by forgotten windows/doors.
The integrated button of the door/window contact II is also multi-functional: Short and long button pressing can be individually configured via APP as triggers for actions or scenarios. The pause function can be used by double-clicking. Thus, the window / door can be opened once without triggering the alarm or the heating being shut down - convenient e.g. to let out the dog for a short time.
The integration into Apple home kit, Amazon and Google home also enables the combination with a lot of compatible devices from other manufacturers.
