For example, the miniature traditionalists make the legendary DKW Coupé a chic cabriolet – in dark iron gray with beautiful red Persenning and white-wall tires. This was what the convertible dream of the late fifties looked like. To do this, the roof was carefully separated from the coupe model before the body was painted iron-gray. Wiking then put the appropriate interior fittings onto the existing chassis of the DKW and the glazing of the Mercedes-Benz 220 Ponton Cabrio was fitted accordingly.
