Description
WEICON Easy-Mix HT 180 is a 2-component adhesive on epoxy resin and has a high temperature resistance up to +180 °C (short-term up to +230 °C). The adhesive is highly viscous and stable and is also suitable for vertical applications. It is impact and shock-resistant, has a long pot life, hardens at room temperature, is mechanically editable and its special filler materials allow a constant adhesive joint. The adhesive is particularly suitable for bonding of composite materials and metal and is included in the non-hardened state spot welding. In addition, Easy-Mix HT 180 to plastics, ceramics, glass, stone or wood used and is suitable for bonding, in which greater tolerances must be covered. Through special fillers is a constant and reliable Adhesive joining of min. 0.20 - 0.25 mm. The high temperature resistance enables the bonding of components made after full through hardness then thermal painted (powder-coated).
