The Fluke Networks MicroScanner™2 Industrial Ethernet Cable Tester performs continuity tests on terminated RJ45, M12, M8D, and M8D cables in seconds, and graphically displays the results so you can see opens, shorts, and crossed wires. It also reports which end of the cable has a problem and the distance to an open connection inside the cable is displayed. Cable failures result in costly production downtime. Therefore, it is important to quickly identify where the cable is damaged so that it can be replaced or repaired.
