Description

The field indicator of the RIA16 indicates the measured signal on the large backlit display. A bar chart graphically displays the value and thus enables a quick process overview. An editable plain text field displays additional information such as technical unit or TAG. Limit value violations are also signaled and an open collector can be switched. The display is powered directly from the 4...20 mA loop and requires no separate power supply. The device is available with Ex approval for applications in potentially explosive areas.
