The Digitus® MST Hub uses multi-stream transport (DisplayPort™ 1.2 function) to carry multiple AV signals over a single cable. This allows the use of multiple monitors connected via the MST Hub configuration. The MST Hub can distribute different video streams to the three connected screens. Generally three playback modes are supported: Mirroring (1 signal mirrored on 3 displays), expanding (3 signals on 3 displays), distributing (1 signal distributed over 3 displays).
