Description
The heat stress meter measures wet bulb globe temperature, black globe temperature, humidity, air temperature, humid temperature and dew point. A combination of humidity, temperature, air movement and direct sunlight determines the exact heat load for the body. The instrument uses a capacitance sensor to accurately measure wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT), black bulb temperature (TG), relative humidity (% RH), air temperature (TA), wet bulb (WT), and dew point (DEW). The Black Sphere Temperature (TG) monitors the effects of direct solar radiation on an exposed surface. The product is equipped with an indoor/outdoor function that calculates the WBGT value with or without direct sunlight, acoustic and visual WBGT high and low alarm function, min/max, data hold, automatic shutdown function with deactivation option and battery indicator.
