The NetPeppers fiber optic cable stripper with its newly developed effective principle is the perfect tool for removing multimode and singlemode glass fibers in every application scenario. The ergonomic shape, low weight of only 45 g and the housing made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide make it very easy to use. The removal tool is suitable for both right and left-handed people. The NetPeppers fiber optic cable stripper is a precisely manufactured tool for setting off fiber optic primary coatings of up to 250 µm on the bare glass fiber with 125 µm The alternative operating principle to conventional setting tools, in which the blades are applied in the relaxed state of the pliers grips, enables the gentle setting of the primary coating with a predefined force. Thus, fiber damages and breaks are avoided effectively. Through the straight insertion of the fiber through the funnel shaped opening at the front and the adjustable stop of 5 - 45 mm, a bending of the fiber is avoided and the millimeter-exact, repeatable removal is possible.
