The Edge TPU is a refined small chip from Google that accelerates the Tensor-Flow-Lite models while making them extremely energy efficient. This tiny chip can process a full 4 trillion operations per second! With ML processing on the device you no longer need to worry about eternal wait times, your data remain private and you no longer need a permanent Internet connection. Pretty ingenious, don't you?
