The Thermal Grizzly Lapping Tool for 12., 13. And 14. Intel generation in detail
The Lapping Tool for Intel's 13. Gen processors allow the secure sanding of the heatspreader. The CPU is simply mounted on the computing tool using the screws provided. The lapping tool tolerances allow heat spreader to be ground by 0.2 millimeters. The 13th Gen Lapping tool is 12 and 14 with Intel Core CPUs. Generation compatible. Sand paper in 400, 1,200 and 2,500 grains are included.

On the lapsing tool there are bars around the clamped CPU on the acrylic glass. These bars are 0.2 millimeters high. Once the struts are completely removed, the grinding has to be adjusted. 12th, 13th, and 14th generation processors are compatible with both the 12th and 13th Gen Contact Frame as long as they are not ground off more than 0.2 millimeters.

For the largest possible contact surface between IHS and the bottom plate of the CPU cooler, the latter should also be ground. A total of three sheets of sandpaper are included in the Intel 13th Gen CPU Lapping Tool. The sandpaper is enclosed in grains 400, 1,200 and 2,500 (one sheet each). The Lapping Tool for Intel's 13th Gen CPUs is intended for one-time use, but can also be used multiple times. During multiple use, special care should be taken not to grind too much material from the IHS.

Before using the CPU, make sure that the loop represents a mechanical change and takes place at your own risk! When processing the CPU, the return right and any other claims for the CPU used will be void!
