Characteristics

Thanks to numerous features, our powerful 10-stage charger BC 6-12V / 6 A ensures a safe and gentle charging of lead-acid batteries with a capacity of 4 200 Ah. It guarantees optimum performance and long life of the batteries. Via the "MODE" button 6 intelligent charging programs or a power supply mode can be selected, with which 12-V applications can be operated via the provided car socket, such as a cooling box.
The charger is dust proof and splash-proof (IP65) and has the following electrical safety features: Reverse polarity protection, overload protection and short-circuit protection
In addition, our intelligent charger is suitable for standby/parallel operation and can remain connected to the battery uninterrupted. It keeps these full even if the battery is loaded/discharged at the same time.
Selectable charging programs:
6V STD or 12V STD: For lead acid and lead gel batteries
12V AGM/C: For AGM batteries & in cold weather (-20°C +5°C )
12V M: Trickle charge for hibernation of lead-acid batteries Total discharge excluded
12V LFP: For lithium iron batteries (LiFePo4, LFP, LiFe)
RECORD: For deep-discharged batteries
The charging currents are controlled automatically via the selected charging mode:
2 A in "6V STD" and "12V M" modes
1.5 A in "RECORD" mode
6 A IN THE MODE "12V STD", "AGM/C", "LFP"
Fully automatic, intelligent 10-level charging
1. Battery Check: After selecting charge mode, the charger checks the battery status.
2. Desulfation: Automatic detection of sulfated lead-acid batteries. By pulsing the current and voltage, the sulphate is detached from the lead plates of the battery in order to be able to restore the maximum capacity of the battery.
3. Refresh: Older or infrequently used batteries are charged with a gentle pre-charging current and thus reactivated.
4. Reactivation charging: Gentle charging of the battery with increased charging current.
5. Analysis: Switch-off of the charging current
