With the conventional use of crimping pliers, there is the risk that the cable lugs are bent or are crimped correctly. The Wiha crimping pliers with oval crimp (O crimp) allows you to avoid unnecessary cable and connector waste. It presents itself with a crimping area of 0.5 to 6.0 mm² and thus covers a large part of the applications. Thanks to the color-coded crimping areas, the red insulated connectors from 0.5 to 1.0 mm² can be crimped in the red area, the blue insulated connectors from 1.5 to 2.5 mm² in the blue area and the yellow insulated connectors from 4.0 to 6.0 mm² in the yellow area. High-quality crimping results thanks to automatically adjusted pressure and the option of manually canceling the crimping by an emergency release function.
