Valve 5282 is a servo-controlled diaphragm valve. A minimum differential pressure is required to operate the valve. Depending on the applications, different membrane materials and modes of operation are available. The standard brass housing meets all European drinking water requirements. The casing offer is rounded off by stainless steel designs. By simply turning the 3/2-way pilot valve on the valve, the mode of operation can be changed from NC to NO. The solenoid coils are pressed with a chemically high-resistance epoxy. The 5282 is equipped with manual operation for commissioning and testing. NEMA 4X is available on request.
The kv factor indicates the volume flow through a valve, measured in litres/min at 1 bar and at a water temperature between 5 and 30°C. The QNn factor indicates the gas volume flow, measured in litres/min
