Valve 0131 is a direct-acting rocker arm valve. Different sealing material combinations are available according to the applications. Thanks to the membrane separation between the drive unit and the fluid housing, aggressive media such as acids or bases can also be controlled safely. The range is rounded off with plastic housing made of PVC. The coils are crimped with a chemically high-resistance epoxy. For reducing the electrical power consumption a "kick and drop" electronics are cast in the coil for all DC versions. An optional electrical position indicator reliably detects the switching position. For applications in the drinking water sector, conformity according to KTW and W270 is available. In addition, Type 0131 versions are available that comply with DIN EN 45545:2016 (standard parts 2 and 5) – fire protection in rail vehicles.
