Valve 0330 is a direct-acting, media-separated hinged valve. It is available in 3/2- and 2/2-way versions. As 3/2-way version it can be used as distributor or mixing valve. Depending on the applications, different membrane materials and modes of operation are available. Housing offerings include brass, stainless steel, and polypropylene. The coils are crimped with a chemically high-resistance epoxy. Since the coil system is separated from the Medium by a diaphragm, the valve is particularly suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and alkalis. The 0330 is equipped with manual operation for commissioning and testing. To reduce the power requirement, all coils can be supplied with an electronic power reduction or as a pulse version. The switching state can be sent via a position feedback signal as binary or NAMUR signal.
The kv factor indicates the volume flow through a valve, measured in litres/min at 1 bar and at a water temperature between 5 and 30°C. The QNn factor indicates the gas volume flow, measured in litres/min
