The locomotive 01 150 delivered Henschel & Sohn in Kassel with factory number 22698 in 1935. She earned her coals initially in hard use on the middle mountain ranges in Hesse and Thuringia – from Bebra. She remained faithful to her Hessian homeland for thirty years. Darmstadt, Hanau, Frankfurt/M, Wiesbaden and Giessen were their stations and the main railways on the Rhine and Lahn, over the Spessarthöhe and the Wetterau were their area. Their withdrawal took place in Hof in November 1973.
