Tamiya presents one of the most legendary supersports car on the TT-02 chassis: The Honda NSX in the 1998 version!
The NSX has a mid-range engine and was introduced in 1990. It gained worldwide attention by numerous racing applications, such as in the Japanese GT series of 1996. The 1998 version has a 3.5l V6 engine and had a revised aerodynamics, lower center of gravity and a new braking system.

The proven TT-02 chassis serves as the basis for the 58739 Tamiya model in the scale 1:10. With this wheel base, ground clearance, track and gear ratio are adjustable in many ways and with the innumerable optional tuning parts the chassis can quickly become a racer. The 4WD drive with central shaft, double wishbones and struts on all four wheels ensure authentic driving behavior and great traction. The chassis base is designed to be extra smooth and the battery compartment takes up all common types of batteries. Optical highlight are the wheel drivers who have scheduled brake disc dummies.
